CA Bruehlmann's favourite subjects to paint are natural scenes. With changes in light, seasons, growth and movement, nature is a way to explore art deeply. CA Bruehlmann has a personal relationship with nature due to her upbringing, particularly since she spent her formative years camping and learning outdoor survival skills during summers. CA Bruehlmann is passionate about preserving nature and finding ways to reduce her carbon footprint.

I am often quite sad when winter ends because I love snowboarding. Nevertheless, when I see the cherry blossom trees blooming, I start warming up to the idea of summer.
