Title: Sweden

It was two in the morning on the Swedish High Coast, and we were sitting on a dock celebrating my girlfriend's 40 years of dancing around the sun. The water was completely still. The sky was that particular Nordic summer grey that never quite goes dark. We were wrapped in the moment, wanting it to last. Some of the best moments in life come from being with best friends on a dock, in the middle of the night. I painted this left handed because the right side of my body was injured. Reminiscing being back on that dock made it possible.
